As you sit at the feet of JESUS and study His Holy Word you will be equipped for every good work that He has called you to do. Especially in our current culture, there is a need for Godly women to lead in their families, neighborhoods, churches and workplaces with the light of Christ.
The Bible foretells of a day, the last days, where people will be lovers of themselves and there will be times of great difficulty. As you ABIDE in the goodness and faithfulness of God you will be kept during this time until He comes again. But you must remain ALERT!
2 Timothy 3:1-5 "But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heatless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people."
1 John 2:18 "Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good."
As you focus on what is good and allow the all-sufficiency of Christ to lead and guide you - you will be empowered to live, speak and act with the grace of God to be His witness everywhere you go. God empowers the faithful to be prepared to give a reason for the hope that is within her. (1 Peter 3:15) When you have the opportunity to speak the truth where darkness is trying to advance, be present and led by God's Spirit to speak the truth in love.
Lamentations 3:22-24 "The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 'The Lord is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in Him.'"
As we all navigate troubling times, let us hold fast to the One who is the keeper of our souls. Be a light where ever you are and shine it brightly in the darkness so that if anyone would come to JESUS they would know His love, truth, and grace that He willingly poured out for all humankind.
He is coming back for a spotless Bride!
Be light in the darkness.
Become more like JESUS every day.
Be a student of the Bible and a workman approved by God.
Be a faithful witness for JESUS, for such a time as this.
